Stuck on connecting to match pc

Hello - PC player here. December of late, I am getting stuck on the matchmaking screen in the lobby under the "Connecting to a match" part. This only happens during primetime/peak hours starting 6 pm to 12 pm Philippine Standard time. The issue is prevalent primarily in asia-based servers such as Hongkong, Singapore etc.. Tried everything from doing a DNS flush, changing DNS server to google, resetting my router etc but still I am unable to find a solution. 

Can someone confirm here they are getting the same issues during peak hours? During my mornings through afternoon playthrough I am not getting any problems queueing for a game so I am primarily leaning towards that it could be server-side issue at EA.
