Hey I’ve been trying to log into my apex about for about a week now, every time I’ve gone to log in i can’t accept the terms and conditions, I’ve logged into another account and worked first try. Idk why it’s happening, but i have no ban history at all what so ever

Hey what's up, @BRUNTASAUROUS Moving your post from the Madden Mobile boards over to Apex.Can you try visiting ea.com and try signing in there to see if you can accept the Terms and Conditions, then log into Apex again?

I have the same Problem about a week in EA-APP on windows 11. On all games Battlefield or Sims, I can not accept the terms. Logon on the website dont help!

@CookieRacer Does your language and region for your Account profile match where you live?It can be seen under profile.ea.com.

@EA_Blueberry Yeah, I’ve even tried uninstalling the game but still didn’t work, like I said before it works on another account, seems like mine is like banned or something? I know one of my friends have the same issue but can get in after a couple of times. I sat there for 30 mins trying the other day still noting

@BRUNTASAUROUS Did you recently make any changes to your privacy settings on your console? If suspended or banned, an email would have been sent to you from our Terms of Service team.

Moving your post from the Madden Mobile boards over to Apex.

Can you try visiting ea.com and try signing in there to see if you can accept the Terms and Conditions, then log into Apex again?

@EA_Blueberry OK, i look for it and yes it is the same. On the same Account on my laptop with Windows 10 and origin i can accept the terms, but it has no effects on my main PC with Win 11 and EA-APP. I tried a lot. such as turn off firewall, or in the settings of the web interface as well as the EA APP. if necessary I uninstall the EA APP and try again with origin

@CookieRacer Now i have reinstall the EA-App, on the first start i have to accept the terms a big window like in origin on the bottom. But when i start a game i must again accept in a extra window with no yes button only "fortfahren" or "Abbrechen". And the game doesent start?!
