Due to an OS installation, I had to redownload the game since the EA App doesn't verify game files like origin. Now running into this error. Searched around but all the old methods of fixing this isn't working. Any solutions?

@EA_Barry Easy Anti-Cheat setup isn't showing Apex on the list of games. I tried to select repair and open the game directory but it says "invalid game directory". I had tried launching the game with the anti-virus disabled but still getting that error. As for the clean boot test, currently it is not possible for me to do that, I only get 2 hours of free time everyday after work and I don't have the energy to troubleshoot honestly. But, seems like I am not the only one experiencing this problem, a lot of people have confirmed that they are having the same problem. Look here "Easy AntiCheat Doesn't Work " This problem is probably affecting people by turns. After two weeks of the start of that thread I encountered it. I bet more people will be reporting it soon.
