This client's game account has been banned: Banned

Hey @stoprasism1,

I'm sorry, but account bans are not something we can investigate here on Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team would need to determine if the account ban can be overturned. If you've already contacted them that's all you need to do right now. They will follow up with you via email as soon as possible.

The TOS team reviews appeals like this on a per-case basis, so the length of an investigation can take some time depending on how many cases they are working through. Unfortunately I don't have any way to see exactly how long an investigation may take, but please watch your email for their reply.

EA needs to help people with this issue which is not our fault to get hacked and banned. I put a lot of money, I put a lot of hours on this game, for what? This isn't my fault to get hacked. They are not even answering my tickets. I've been waiting for 2weeks I hope EA support will help me to fix this issue.

@EA_Kent I just got banned for no reason as well! I have nothing but love for apex and getting banned has seriously annoyed me. I have 300 hours on the game and I am not even that good of a player. How does this even happen? I have appealed but a 2 week wait is a absolute joke!

  i have the same problem i have 700+ hours in this game. I bought the battle pass and got banned immediately afterward.

It's same ploblem.At start this season.I got banned!!! What happen to my account??? I hope to fix this bug very soon.

@EA_Kent i get banned for doing nothing i get banned after i buy battle pass what is this? EA try to waste people money or what?

  I'm sorry, but account bans aren't something we can look into here on Answers HQ. The best thing to do, if you haven't already, would be to get in touch with the Terms of Service team. They'll review the account to determine if the ban can be lifted.
