@evren2Could you please explain?
Have you tried to use another payment option and/or made sure that your card is not disabled for "Wordwide Payments and/or Online Payments." i know some banks disable this and you have to manually activate this.

- EzyHawk5 years agoHero@TheKaBuS Hello there TheKabus, firstly its not an BS Answer but a question to verify its not an issue from his end with the bank, paypal etc.
Secondly, I do not work for EA and i'm only a volunteer. but yes i do keep track on issues to be able to help users as much as i can.
However keep in mind that issues with payments and/or accounts may be different between users duo Platform, Region, Payment gateway and more.- 5 years ago
@EzyHawk This is bug with a button that is not working, it can never be related to "bank, paypal etc"
as i said if you would open the game and see the menu youd understand, ill attach screen shots for more info
