Unusable after graphic artifacts began showing up

Apex Legends suddenly stopped working for me after several weeks. ☹️  This glitch began during the "Jump" phase of one game yesterday. It persisted across: 1. Restoring all settings to default...

I followed the "Clean Boot" instructions at the top of the Troubleshooting section--I can confirm the boot was clean, but the issue persists.
