Want to rebind my steam to a new EA account.

I have an old EA account linked to Steam, and I have lost access to my email. I want to unlink it from Steam (I can log in and play through Steam). And I want to link a new one (this EA account) to my Steam account so that I can buy EA coins (BP, etc.). Or is it possible to log in through Steam with this account (the new one)?
When I try to unlink the old account according to the instructions, it says that it requires unlinking with a proposal to receive a letter by email. I repeat, access to email and the old EA account is lost. I can only log in through Steam.
Support writes that they have provided little data for recovery, although I will be satisfied with the ability to simply change the account to a new one, help :(
I indicated the IP address (it hasn't changed during all this time), indicated the old linked email and the dates of access (I think this is compelling evidence)
