I need a refund for this skin. It was white when I bought it and now it’s blue. I am very unsatisfied with this purchase and I think it was a waste of money now. May I please get a refund and get 1000 apex coins back to my account.
I got it from the event pack and I’m not getting any form of refund wtf EA
DICE TeamDuring our most recent @playapex collection event there was a bug with Wattson's Electric Blue skin that caused her textures to go missing. We've since shipped the fix and fully refunded anyone who bought the skin before the fix went live. Refunded players keep the fixed skin.
