Hello EA and guys, thank you for tapping in the post. Im a OG Apex player, i've been playing the game for years(since S2 i guess). On 8th march night time, i was playing with my friends with my NORMAL mouse. Suddenly i received a ban from Apex: gameplay enhancement perm ban. LIKE HELLO??? my current rank is plat and i was doing so bad that day. Like around 1000 dmg per game and Apex consider me as a cheater??? My aim aint that good to kill everyone on the lobby. Im just so disappointed, Appealing wont work cuz there is bunch of bots in EA. We have no choice if we got banned for no reason.Every EVERY SINGLE TIME, what i get is :After carefully reviewing your appeal, we confirmed that the penalty on your account for cheating was applied correctly and should remain in place. yeah every single time, they wont show any changes ,improvement. They dont even care about me , people getting false banned even every players. That is literally ridiculous, i just want to have fun with my friends, i spent money on this game. Yeah thats all i can do. i am just a normal player like guys who was false banned. we have no choice we have no freedom even tho we DONT cheat at all... even a single time.
