Xbox one. Either can't log in or can log in but can't get into any game
The problem as simple as i can describe it:
Since the lunch of the game, i have not been able to log in, always getting the error UNABLE TO CONNECT TO EA SERVERS, CHECK YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION AND TRY AGAIN. I have contacted EA help and done all of their troubleshooting steps, up to and including factory reseting my xbox and reinstalling the game, Port Forwarding/DMZ, unlinking Origin account then linking it back and changing the DNS. I have given them a UOtrace and they concluded that there is nothing wrong with my connection, nor there is a restriction because of my region (its Sudan btw), then they told me its my ISP, so i contacted my ISP and they told me that the IP i am given is open with no restrictions, and just to make sure, i tried all of the ISPs in my country, which resulted in same issue (not being able to log in).
*Please note that i can play Battlefield V, Battlefield 1 and Fifa with no problems whatsoever.
however, a week ago , the problem, changes from not being to log in, into being able to log in sometimes but when trying to get into a game, the screen turns black with the red logo on the bottom right and then back to the log in screen with the error CONNECTION TO SERVER TIMED OUT.
I have spent this morning in chat with EA help, and after 2 defers, they advised me to post the issue in this forum, hoping for a solution, and that they will contact the devs and report this issue as a bug.
Is this a server issue? is the server not allowing the IPs from my country to connect? and if so, isn't Apex's servers EA's servers? so if i can't connect to Apex's server, shouldn't i not be able to connect to any EA servers?
All i want is to play this game with my friends, and i am starting to feel hopeless, as there is nothing i haven't done, and hoping i will find a solution here.
