You want to say me you are the one who thinks that is legit?
This can be an option if you have something like a disaster recovery option.... to cap things to a specific max, to "control the fire".
This all is home made issues they have ... and they fight theier own fire ...

I don't see the cap affecting anyone except the bot XP farmers. Even on Discord, if you search through the message history of people currently complaining about the XP cap, they are actually the same people who formerly wanted to "peacefully play solo against the bots" and "weren't bot XP farmers at all".
Otherwise if you're hitting the cap as a PvP player, you're likely playing in a way that is highly annoying for everyone else in the match, and the removal of you will do the whole rest of the community a great service.
