They alienate legitimate players because a bunch of crybaby K/D kiddies whined about how unfair it is for people to get full xp and progression against bots in verified and unmodified servers but the xp farms still remain.

Do a search in Portal for "afk xp" if you don't believe me.

Because they have fully upgraded the strongest guns and most of the guns they can use, they need the official to close the experience farm, so as to prevent a situation where they are whipping the newbie players like a topspin and mercilessly lashing out at everyone.
