I strongly recommend that Battlefield 6 allow players to squad up and play together regardless of rank. It is extremely frustrating to wait anywhere from 5 to 25 minutes in a matchmaking queue, only to be placed in a lobby with players who are lower rank than you anyway.
If matchmaking is already taking that long and still results in mixed-rank lobbies, then restricting players from playing with their friends based on rank makes little sense. Players should have the freedom to enjoy the game with their friends without being punished for progressing at different rates.
Gaming is supposed to be about having fun, building a squad, and enjoying the experience together. These restrictions take away from that experience and make matchmaking unnecessarily frustrating. Personally, this issue is making me lose interest in playing the game altogether.
Please reconsider the rank restrictions and allow players to play together regardless of rank. Improving matchmaking times while giving players the freedom to squad up with their friends would make Battlefield 6 a much more enjoyable experience and give players a better reason to keep coming back.
