Bf6 unfair and Random EA BANS

I was playing portal servers on BF6 and was banned for violating the EA guidelines. When I went to check what this was, it was correlated to boosting using portal servers, which they in turn provided with a permanent ban.  

I have seen many similar cases in the EA forums where EA decides to ban players based on their time spent in portal servers, whereas even after individuals apply many tickets of support they are met with declined ban appeals with automated messages from EA services.

I am frustrated with the appeal process and have not gotten a response from EA support, and have been waiting 1+ weeks.  The lack of support is upsetting, especially because the ban is correlated to a specific entity of the game.  If players are not allowed to spend significant amounts of time in portal servers, then why are they available to players.  It makes no sense and is unfair to the player base.
