Well, you only listed two… because there are only two. Headshot non-revive has been a thing for some time. Same with knifing takedowns.
I agree with the OP’s concept and rationale for his idea, however I also remember early days when this idea came up, that it becomes very hard where to draw that line. If you promote non-revives by explosions, then you get more grenade spam… which no one likes.
So while I agree with the OP, I also acknowledge it’s not that simple.
