There are long wait times at the moment. An advisor will respond when your place in the queue comes up. While you're waiting, it would be good to check with your bank. Typically, the message you received is due to an issue with the card.

I don't think there is a problem with my card issuer i am from morocco I really wanna buy from the ea app not from steam please help me

Hi there. It would be best to try a different card or contact your card issuer to so they can tell you why it was rejected.
