Games not working and disappearing

I have been a member for 10 years and never had this much trouble. I got a new computer for christmas and installed some of my games. My Dragon Age games in which I have the deluxe editions will not play. I get errors as if I don't have a license to play them. I have many different games in my library.....or I DID. When I logged in this morning they were all GONE as if I never purchased anything. My account information shows NO purchase history. What is going on? I did an app recovery and the library came back, but it doesn't help the issue for not being able to play the games.

    Try this:

     

    * Make sure EA app and Steam are closed.
    (Not just minimised siting in the try, completely closed!)

    * Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.

    * Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER

    * Delete the "License" folder.

    * Test
