After waiting days on live that this is what they said

The live support is totally useless. I gave him all the information I could give him with in regards to getting help for on linking an old EA account that I don’t ever remember connecting to my PlayStation or even making for that matter they told me that they couldn’t help me out with anything anymore because I couldn’t verify being associated with that email so they said that they couldn’t do anything at all because it was out of their hands and there was no way for them to work around it. This is the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced the worst company because now I can’t even play games that have to have an EA account because and old email that I don’t remember making is connected to my PlayStation account
