Can’t link new account

Question

So I can play madden because my old online EA account is no longer use, I don’t have the email and can’t recover the email, I tired chat and the one person didn’t help me much I’m trying to link my new account to my PS5 but I can cuz of the life time link which I think is very dumb. But I tried &nbsp;doing live chat again but it won’t let me. Does anybody have answers or advice on how to help me out??&nbsp;

Unfortunately we can't help with account issues here on the forums. You'll need to reach our live support team, and they can see how they can help you recover your old EA account. What's happening exactly when you try to start a chat? Are you getting an error?
