Can No Longer Access EA account

Goodmorning, I’d like to start off and say I know how common it is for someone to have made an account as a kid and now don’t remember any of the information and are unable to access the account, which is my case. However, I have recently submitted a case file to be able to play the Skate playtest of which I was then randomly able to play without needing to sign in when accessing my playstation app. I have since been playing Skate as well as now Battlefield 6 and have admittedly spend an awful lot of time and money on both of these games. Yesterday I tried to log on to battlefield 6 as I had done the week prior and so on, and I was faced with a screen saying please verify your email and had the same email I had already submitted the case file to fix and thought I was just granted access. So now I have contacted EA support 3 separate times now and every time they claim the information is incorrect. I am very upset and disappointed because I have bank records, playstation receipts, like literal documentation showing where I’ve purchased products within the game and the games themselves and still not one glimpse of hope of getting my account back, much less getting to play battlefield 6. Someone please help i’m on my last leg and am unsure of what to do.
