    Hey YAboiplat​, I'm sorry to hear you're unable to continue after inserting the code. Could you please confirm the platform you're playing on and exactly where you're inserting the code? If possible, please share a screenshot.

    im having a slightly similar issue so for future refrences im gonna leave this here. i am getting the codes however when i press continue it doesnt connect me to my ea account ive tried for three days and got nothing. resettin, new codes. nothing. still not got a fix for it yet

    Hey there, if you're not getting verification codes, try resending the code. If that doesn’t work, make sure: 

    • your inbox isn’t full
    • you’ve checked the spam folder
    • you or your service provider haven’t blocked us
    • you’re logged in to the right EA Account.
    • If you’re logged in to a different EA Account, your codes might go to the wrong email.

    If you’re still not getting your codes, look for a past email from ea@e.ea.com and allow images to be displayed. Then, resend the verification email.
