I can't log in

Hello, my Playstation username "arnaldocarta" has been linked to an EA account that does not belong to me and is not my account "[edit: email address removed]" without my knowledge. I cannot log in to games I recently purchased, such as Battlefield 6 and FIFA, because this email address is linked. I kindly request that you unlink this email account from my Playstation account. I am asking for your help regarding this issue. I am attaching the relevant images. ab*****@gmail.com does not belong to me.
