Lost account for create a new guest id overright guest accounts

Question

Hi, I need some help with my EA account.
By mistake I created a new guest account, and now I cannot access my old EA ID anymore. My old account was linked with FC Mobile, and I really want to recover it.

Can someone please guide me step by step on how to get back my old account?

&nbsp;Ah, sorry to hear that. There may be a way to recover the original FCM account. Did you back up the original FCM account at any point before this? Do you have the UID from that original account?
