Hello cheesecrustdude,
If you were banned, then you will have to start a ban appeal. Nobody on the forums can assist you with this, bans are handled by the EA ToS team.

I did create an appeal and it says waiting on player as if it’s waiting on me to respond to an email but I keep checking everywhere and can’t find anything from EA for me to respond to
