Please help

My account was flagged for coin distribution but I didn’t do anything wrong , I sold a 89 overall Fred Werner for less than the max price and it sent me a notification saying that all my coins were taken away and I will no longer have ability to use auction house , I’ve made several cases and each time it does not direct me to customer support but it now says waiting for player but I cannot find an email anywhere from them. I have tried to contact anyone to get them to send another email but I do not know what else to do . Please help I would like my coins back and to be able to use the auction house . I’ve still been waiting and still haven’t heard anything it has been two weeks . I’ve checked my spam and everything can’t find any emails
