refund error

I'd like a refund for my FC 26 game, but when I click "Next" in step 3 of the refund process, I get an infinite loading screen and a server 500 error. I need your immediate feedback or response.

I checked now and it looks like refunds aren't possible, so I can't confirm the issue.
Can't you just proceed with the refund?
