Hello trying to get some help as can’t get through to no one on live chat on my Xbox my ea account I made it a long time ago logging in with email and password but it’s getting me to try and verify on recognised device I load up fc26 which my ea account is linked to and it’s not doing anything any help anyone???
Community ManagerHey fredz15, this can happen from time to time. It's annoying but a good security feature to keep your account safe.
Is the console you are using the same one as you previously used? And have you played FC26 on that console and account in the past?
There's no harm in trying a different EA game, maybe FC25 if you played that on it.
