also i provided the data from their own system of the log ins and have pointed out the breach 5 times!

 and im given an automated very robot like answer with exactly the same words every time its like they are happy with criminals ruining the game

if that's the case i want to take this higher cause I'm fed up of being treated like this

This is heartbreaking and infuriating.  

To be banned from the transfer market after being hacked — and then ignored despite providing clear evidence like IP data and location — is a disgrace. EA needs to do better. Players deserve protection, transparency, and a fair appeals process.
