ea are not listening ive been banned because of hackers

I was banned from the transfer market on the 17th of October 2025 because I got hacked and I’ve been fighting to appeal a ban with EA but they don’t want to listen to facts or proof as I’ve downloade...

also i provided the data from their own system of the log ins and have pointed out the breach 5 times!

and im given an automated very robot like answer with exactly the same words every time its like they are happy with criminals ruining the game
