Is Ultimate Team designed more as a monetization system than a football game?

The game is blatantly designed to exploit people via psychology and manipulative tactics.  The motivation seems to be greed and the ambition seems to be to take rather than give. I would even suggest that there is  a desire to create frustration and anger rather than fun and enjoyment for the customer which to makes the creators evil by nature
