Brother, I could not have said it better myself. You got a couple years on me in terms of how long you've been playing the series, I commend you sir.
But you are essentially talking to a brick wall when it comes to meaningful engagement with the forum moderators.
I've been all over these boards raising concerns about various bugs, etc. I've tagged them in multiple posts. I've remained cordial. Nothing.
These guys don't care about their customers. They are paid employees of EA who's only role is to make sure that their customers don't throw temper tantrums.
When it comes to actually addressing issues, you're more likely to get a response from the late J. Edgar Hoover than one of these forum admins.
At this point, I'm firmly of the position that they purposely want their gamer base to be in perennial frustration. There's a whole psychology to all of this and it's all driven by profit and FUT.
It's awful. It's sad.
I hope the Saudi owners clean up shop and restore this series to its one time great status.
