Forum Discussion
The obstruction of support across both EA Help and AHQ has reached an entirely new low.
Once again, no updates, no progress, and no meaningful assistance have been provided by either EA Help or AHQ. A case can remain open for weeks, even months, while customers are asked to repeat themselves daily with no resolution in sight.
The reviews across this forum—and across countless others—are clearly accurate: this is some of the worst customer service in the industry.
There is no real support, no accountability, and no solutions—just a broken and increasingly unplayable game, paired with a support system designed more around delay than actual help.
The silence speaks louder than any reply could. When customers are ignored for long enough, incompetence stops looking like a mistake and starts looking like policy.
It is no surprise that stronger consumer protection laws are now being pushed at EU level. For years, companies like EA Sports have operated with minimal accountability while customers paid full price for unfinished products and inadequate support.
You have been asking for regulation for years—and now it is coming.

Very well said SpartanLogan23 . I will say it with my own words and i dont care if they will ban me again when i tell the truth about this abomination. i wont buy any game of them anyway till there is visible change at all.
The state of this piece of trash that they call an AAA-Title is more than pathetic. To say its pathetic is even a glaze for this p.o.s. that cost many customers a lot of money, and is after more than 6 months, broken, glitched and fraudulent at world record level.
i work for decades in the it-software industry, and i can say clearly, this is the worst "application" i have used(for this money) in the last 30 years. its a shame and i hope that ppl wake up and stop buyin this kind of trash.
this forum is useless and there is no customer support for a world record broken trash like this "game".
