How about when the refuse or avoid responding or fixing issues with their game that can be game breaking?

You say the community is the issue but I have seen this in other EA sports forums where they give "holding lingo" to pretend they care or fix issues with the game just to see them happen again in the next game they release... Or they break a feature in the game and then refuse to fix it cause it's not related to the money modes.

The consumer has a right to have negative feedback if a product is released broken.
