I purchased a fc 26 ultimate edition, then i found that that the Ae account that linked to my epic games , i have no access to, I reached to the support for unlike and helped me but because of thet the account get band. I tried everything to reach to the EA Terms of Service team with no result. and 

My Case #236058796 has been ignored for 50 days. I am being sent automated templates even though agent Sapna confirmed I need a manual review. This is a false positive from an Epic Games link. Can a human please look at this?"
