Community ManagerThanks for the screenshot. This is showing there are issues with your connection. I recommend contacting your ISP to see if they are noticing anything. That's a really poor score so hopefully, they can see what's causing this. It's either an issue with your equipment or your ISP. Possibly, there's something in your region causing a bad connection. You've got a lot of packet loss and a high ping. You can always try the troubleshooting steps here as well.
