EA account email address hacker

Hello, I can't log in because my EA account email address has been hacked, so there's no way to enter the verification code and play Ultimate Team… I've already contacted EA, but an advisor couldn't do anything, and I'm going in circles…

If you no longer have access to the email address registered to the EA account for any reason, you'll need to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details. I'm afraid we cannot discuss or change any account details via the forums.

Without access to the email address an advisor will need to verify a few additional account details before any changes can be made. If they weren't able to do so in your previous case, you can create a new one here or resume a case from your case history page to get a different advisor to take another look with you.

Unfortunately, it's the EA account I created in 2019, so it's been too long for me to remember everything. But are there no other solutions? What if I show you in a video that it's definitely my account by logging in and showing my ID (to match the name on my email address)?

Sorry to hear that. They won't be able to assist if the information being provided does not match what was originally registered on the account, but you're welcome to create a new case to try verifying those details again. That would be the only route here, as we're not able to make changes without verifying the account owner first, which can only be done through support directly.

Unfortunately, I've already spoken to an advisor and he couldn't do anything...
