EA, protected against class action lawsuits

I am doing a little bit of digging around and started to notice that we basically can’t do anything about this until EA decides to stop being lazy and fix it for example when it comes to their class action lawsuits they have somewhere deep in their agreement forms buried in there that you can’t even sue them for a class action lawsuit. They are already protected so the minute we pre-ordered this game. They basically had the right to do whatever to us. We have been having this issue since the start of early release in Arizona. The game has not been as it was advertised we all remember that trailer to where they screenshot it all the tweets in the posts and look at where we are. The game is officially released today in Arizona has not been able to connect to ultimate team since early release, I only was able to play a handful of ultimate team games yesterday when the server decided to let me in for whatever reason Then this morning, low and behold ultimate team is not available again, and it keeps kicking me to the main menu, even though I’m connected to the servers
