EA, take accountability...

EA, it's time for you to take accountability for your bad servers and work to fix them.

As of yesterday evening, I have not been able to connect to your servers via wi-fi. Today I moved my console to the living room and connected directly to the router via ethernet cable. I played one game, with perfect connection, before logging out thinking the problem was solved. Since then, I haven't been able to log in for approximately 3 hours now. I keep getting the "EA servers are unavailable" messages.

Now even the phone app is barely working (are you going to blame that on my cell service provider?)

I already missed out on Division Rivals rewards this week. Now I'm going to miss out on Live Events and SBCs. What's next? Squad Battles? At this rate, I won't finish the season 2 pass (glad I didn't buy the premium pass).

If anyone has any useful suggestions, I'm all ears.
