    Some troubleshooting: 

    1. Reboot.
    2. Open Command Prompt as Admin and run:

      sfc /scannow

      Wait for it to finish.

      Then run:

      DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    3. From Admin command prompt: chkdsk C: /f /r
    4. Run Windows update - Settings, Windows Update, Check for updates
    5. Disable/turn off the Steam overlay and any other overlay you may be using.

    I have reinstalled the system and followed your troubleshooting steps completely. Windows is fully updated, but the issue still persists. Whenever I pass the ball or perform any action, the game stutters/freezes for a moment. No matter what frame rate I limit it to, it feels like I’m only getting 30 FPS. Is this happening because I’m signed into my Windows account? Could you please help me completely delete and reset all my cloud sync settings to start fresh?

    This looks more like a CPU or match-load issue than a pure GPU problem, especially because Rush mode runs fine. Big matches usually push more AI logic, crowd rendering, stadium effects, and physics at the same time, and the i7-4770S may struggle there. I’d try locking FPS, lowering crowd/detail settings, updating GPU drivers, and checking a basic smooth gameplay guide to see which settings reduce slow-motion performance issues.

    As mentioned above, I haven’t been able to play UT normally for two months. My player reaction timing is completely out of sync with my opponent’s. It feels like my players have lost all intelligence — they just let the ball roll right past them, and there’s absolutely no sense of physical contact between players.

    EDIT - Sorry, I am just seeing this is really similar to what I posted earlier. From your Dxdiag, these steps still seem to be required.

    Some troubleshooting steps: 

    1. Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run:

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    Wait for completion.

    2. Then run:

    sfc /scannow

    If it says it repaired files:

    • reboot
    • run sfc /scannow AGAIN until it says no integrity violations.

     

    3. Run: chkdsk C: /f /r

    It will ask to schedule on reboot.
    Type: Y

    I am experiencing the exact same issue as OP. This won't solve it - this is a server side issue. To double check, I have ran your tests. No integrity violations were found and the gameplay remains exactly the same.

    You must know that everyone complains about this. It's not a problem isolated to a few users.

    When I run a trace route to EA servers, I find that I am being routed through the US. I live in the UK and have no VPN active. I have no issues with any other game that I play. It is just FC26.

    I've reinstalled Windows 11 and gone through all the troubleshooting steps you provided, but I'm still experiencing input lag, stuttering, and slow-motion effects in the game.

    Additionally, I've noticed another issue: whenever I switch to fullscreen mode in-game, the game still launches in windowed mode the next time I log in.Is this caused by conflicting settings, or am I missing some essential game runtime components?

    My Cpu usage is anywhere from 65-82% with the average being around 75, could that be part of the problem? attached my specs
