fps drop

I bought the game two weeks ago but I can never play it. I start the first match, then in the second half the FPS suddenly drops to 3-5.

I've emailed EA for days, but they haven't found a solution; they just keep sending me the same link. My computer is powerful enough to run this game (i7 12th ,3050), but I can never play it. I've researched online and I'm running another game in the background, but even then, it takes 3-4 seconds for the controller to register after I press the button. Has anyone found a solution to this?
