Heavy gameplay!

Any fix for heavy gameplay?

i feel like im playing with trucks, game responding in delay for more than a week!

I tried to change resolution from lower to higher

fps i set to 30,60,120,240 nothing helps 

Vsync on/off, overclock controller

i dont think there is something i didnt try also nvidia settings 

any fix??
