I can’t sell players( see the photo please)

 please fix this bug; it's ruining the player experience (I haven't been able to sell players for over 40 days). I've contacted support more than 10 times, and I've been sending messages here for the last three weeks hoping they'll fix it. I paid $70 for the game and haven't been able to sell a single player for over a month. I've lost all motivation to play this game.

 Please fix it.
