Hey there. Have you already tried to uninstall and reinstall the EA app? Here are some other EA app steps that could help you: 

• Close overlays, VPNs, RGB/OC tools
• Clear the cache: Menu → Help → App Recovery → Clear cache. Run the EA app as administrator (right-click → Run as administrator).
• Repair game files: In your Library, click ⋯ on the game → Repair.
• Check EA Background Service and make sure it’s enabled and running in Windows Services.
