MUST SEE: EA Help only compensate a bug if it's a known issue.
I had a bug, where when I scored a chip it didn't count in the objectives, which delayed me from playing FUT Champions meaning I can't get my 10th icon swap.
They shared it with the team, they said it is a bug BUT I'm not getting compensated because it's not a 'known issue'. This clearly states that the company isn’t bothered with individual services, but will only help out unless many people have suffered from it, because they know people won't purchase future game, or buy content in-game. THIS MUST STOP.
