My account might be hacked in FUT Champions (FC 26)

Hi everyone,

I think my account might be hacked or something strange is happening in FUT Champions in FC 26.

Every time I enter a match, I can only control one player while the rest of my players just stand still and don’t move at all. It’s like I completely lose control of the team.

Also when I pass the ball to another player, my ID appears above the player but it shows the name Jeffrey Ebstein, which is not my ID and I never named myself that.

This started happening recently and it happens during FUT Champions matches. I attached screenshots showing the issue.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Could this mean my account was hacked?

I would really appreciate any help or advice on how to fix this.
