Random FPS Drops Mid Game

hello everyone!

is anybody else getting random FPS drops? for an example: FPS drops after a corner kick, penalty, celebartion, and more scenes, even sometimes randomly mid game, but mostly it just comes and goes, my game can start running smoothly, and after a bit the game drops on FPS and then it goes smoothly again, basically so weird, anyone found a fix or having this aswell?
