Stick evolutions in FC26 store

I have stick items of evolutions in FC26 store and i when try to get it i received  message is there issue in Ultimate server try again later (since of two weeks) i try to troubleshoot this issue with EA online team through chat but unfortunately the issue still there.

crashing
downloads
freezing
installation
launching
missing content
playstation
progress issue
steam

    I have the same issue ant now its been more than a week but no help after spending so much in it totally not worth it
