Two evos that I can’t claim and I can’t access the store
I have two evo items bugged that cannot be opened, quicksold, moved, or sold or anything, They are stuck in my store and are stopping me opening my packs meaning I currently cant open packs or buy packs, or access the store properly. This is also affecting SBC progress and the current Future Star content.
Season Pass is my Xbox too also i downloaded the Companion App I tried to open or sell the evos still nothing worked, claimed a reward via the app, and since then, the store has been broken due to these EVO items.
What I’ve already tried:
- Restarted the game and console
- Reinstalled FC 26 and downloaded again
- Turned internet on and off
- Tried Companion
- tried on my hotspot on my phone too still didn’t work
The EVO items remain bugged this has been as issue for about a week now maybe more something has to be done ea because I didn’t pay the money for this game to not be able to play it, I pay for my monthly ultimate pass which is pointless having because I can’t access fc26
Main issue: I need EA need to reset or remove these items because they are blocking my store and preventing me going further into the game and also why has the Season Pass been blocked I can’t access it. However, the season pass is not the most important. Right now, the two evos are at the moment
