Unavailable Season Pass XBOX - !TEMP SOLUTION!
Hey all,
Ive been posting numerous times without any solution from EA on this forum. Even after multiple chats with what EA calls "support" which left me in the same spot (they keep marking my cases closed?), I've confirmed what another player on an earlier thread posted regarding disabling 2FA.
I've disabled 2FA via the EA website and was successful in accessing the season pass in-game.
Now, heres the catch. If you disable the 2FA you cannot access mobile or webapp companion without EA forcing you to re-enable 2FA 🤣.
For myself, who paid for the premium pass this will be my work around until EA finally gives a **** about their customers. This could leave your EA account more vulnerable so I suggest to re-enable when not actively playing on console.
No fix to access what you paid for, but they'll shove more packs in-game in store SMDH.
Asking for compensation will be like talking to a rock at this point. This will be my 5th day unable to access so this is the route I will be taking until they get it fixed maybe?
