Unavailable servers on webapp/companion app

Issues are still ongoing and after following advise with deleting app and reinstatlling, I'm still unable to log in. I don't have the game on my PS5 yet and have been accessing it via the app. What is being done about this? I don't want to see the issue has been resolved because its 09/11 and I'm still unable to log in
